Working with Bolt
Do you deliver all MEP disciplines under one contract?
Yes. Bolt provides electrical, HVAC & chilled water, plumbing & drainage, fire fighting and fire alarm under a single contract and one accountable team — coordinated on paper before installation and commissioned by the same engineers who designed them.
Do you work directly for owners, or as a subcontractor to main contractors?
Both. We deliver complete MEP packages directly for project owners and also work as the MEP subcontractor alongside main contractors and fit-out firms.
Which sectors and project types do you take on?
Retail and F&B fit-outs, commercial and office spaces, residential and industrial projects — from single-discipline scopes to whole-building MEP.
Which standards do you build to?
Egyptian Code and international standards, including NFPA for fire systems, with Civil Defence coordination and approvals where required.
Do you handle fire-system approvals?
Yes. Fire fighting and fire alarm systems are designed and installed to NFPA and Egyptian Civil Defence requirements and witnessed through to approval.
Do you provide testing, balancing and commissioning?
Every system is tested, balanced, witnessed and handed over with commissioning records and as-built documentation — tested, certified and serviceable.

Do you offer maintenance after handover?
Yes. We deliver from design through installation to ongoing maintenance, so systems stay serviceable after handover.
